Ohio really dumped on us this time.
There’s something purifying about all the white, though. I’d say something about how humans can’t get out and pollute the world today, but it appears classes have NOT been canceled, and destroying the atmosphere comes with being a commuter. I would just NOT go, but one of my classes requires perfect attendance lest automatic failure.
So just in case I die on the roads, I thought I’d write up a goofy little ‘last will and testament’ sort of thing.
I don’t really know what I should say though, and that’s awful.
Lana, help yourself to anything I own except my MST3k collection. Steve, you can have my MST3k collection, I guess. Take care of Joey.

Email confirmation that campus will close at noon. Above statement is hereby null. I am going to be SO bored today…
Update – 12:19 p.m.
Applied my best horse stance and shoveled the driveway with gusto since I knew I wouldn’t be going to the gym. Had to pick up mom from work. Throwing the car into second gear helped a bit with driving, so I live to see another day.
Update – 3:39 p.m.
Cabin fever setting in a bit. I’ve spent several hours in front of the piano. Have almost all of “Planetarium” memorized. That piece has taken me nearly half a year to learn. I’d like to say it’s because I’m also messing around with five other songs, but it’s probably more due to the fact I’m so lazy. My sight reading abilities are getting sharper, which is good. But then I’ll see something like this and feel like less of a person. “The Lark” is one of my favorite classical pieces. I only have up to the measure she plays at 1:55, and certainly not memorized. Something to shoot for, I guess.
